Shinwa centre-finding rules have a scale that reads outward from a centre point with equal measurements extending towards both ends of the rule, making it quick and easy to draw or set out symmetrical features with reference to a centreline or centre point.
Made in Japan, Shinwa rules use hardened and tempered stainless steel with satin chrome plating for ease of reading and excellent resistance to corrosion. The graduations are deeply etched both for longevity and so you can feel the points of a divider into them, then blackened for easy visibility.
- Excellent tools for woodwork, luthierie, arts and crafts.
- One side has a centre-finding rule, the other has a standard metric rule starting at one end.
- Ideal for drawing or setting out components or joinery relative to a centreline or point without conversion or measuring.
