Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy

All Workshop Heaven products are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for the duration of the customer's life. Consumables are excepted, but please expect your glues and finishes to be fresh, and files, rasps and blades to have a long service life.

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe (officially 2 weeks) and we will happily exchange or refund it.

Please enclose your order number and contact details in the return parcel and drop us a line or give us a call in advance so that we are expecting your parcel. If the product is faulty, please return the item the cheapest way possible e.g. 2nd Class Post (please retain a proof of postage) and once the fault has been confirmed your postage will be refunded.

This excludes the products listed as exceptions below, unless faulty or not as described, which we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

  • special order products which are not listed on our website
  • custom made products
  • unsealed DVDs

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Procedure

If you return a product to us we'll refund the original debit/credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. If the product is faulty, and has been returned the cheapest way possible (e.g. 2nd Class post), we will refund the return postage. If you choose to return the parcel by a more expensive means, we will refund you to the value of 2nd Class post.

Right to Cancel

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

Condition of Returns

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase, it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you send back the item as soon as possible.

Return Procedure

Goods should be returned unused, in good condition, in its original packaging with any seals unopened to the address shown above at your cost and within 14 calendar days of informing us of your wish to cancel.

We will refund the basic delivery costs of getting the goods to you, so if you opted for an enhanced service e.g.: guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic standard delivery cost.
