The Pinie® Compact WorkTop is a robust, space-saving portable workbench, featuring a solid 80 mm-thick beech worktop.
It incorporates an integrated cast-iron vice with anti-rack screws, ensuring the vice remains straight and true even when clamping on one side only. The wooden vice handle operates smoothly, requiring minimal effort.
The worktop can be quickly and securely attached to any table or bench using a pair of clamps positioned in the recessed side grooves.
Supplied complete with two pairs of 19 mm (¾") diameter Duralumin bench dogs, each fitted with a spacer steel-ball mechanism that lock securely in any position within the eight pre-drilled holes.
The worktop is factory finished, pre-oiled and polished with linseed oil, Pinie® recommend re-oiling every 2 years, or more frequently in areas of heavy use.
Should the clamping jaw ever need adjusting/re-aligning, simply loosen the two inner screws on the handle plate, adjust the jaw and tighten the screws again.
