Looks to be a great quality tool straight out the bag. The edge was neatly ground and just took a few minutes with a fine stone to make sharp. What I really like is that the back of the blade has been ground completely flat, a huge time saver in sharpening. The handles have a slightly rough finish which gives excellent grip and should prevent blisters after extended use. Nice balance, cuts like a dream (Posted on 03/01/2021)Rating
