Double sided sheet of industrial quality aluminium oxide mesh abrasive.
The abrasive grit is double resin bonded to a mesh backing so that the swarf clears through the holes and each particle does an even share of the work.
Aluminium oxide is usually the preferred choice for sanding open grained timbers like oak, ash, hickory, or elm.
The fastest route to the best results is achieved by working through each of the grades in turn, either by placing the sheet on a substrate and lapping the item or using a sanding block.
