Accurate and well made but packaging should be better
Accurate, as you'd hope from a DIN875/0 tool, and nicely made. It's obviously extremely square but it's also plumb, meaning the blade and stock are in line when viewed edge-on. I've had a few BS939/B squares that went back because while they were reasonably square in planform, when viewed edge-on the blade was not in line with the stock. Packaging for the square really isn't good enough though, with no padding or anything to stop it rattling around in its box; odd, as the 75mm version comes in a foam-lined box which, while not perfect, at least offers some protection against UK parcel destruction operators. Definitely worth the very modest costs increase over a BS939/B square.
