There can be few tools more evocative of the bodger's incredible skill than the drawknife - from hewn or riven blank to almost finished component with one simple yet remarkably versatile tool.

Traditionally used with a shave horse, drawknives come in a variety of shapes, sizes and designs to suit differently sized workpieces.
