Fujikawa Japanese Paring Chisels

Fujikawa Japanese Paring Chisels

Mr Fujikawa has a reputation for producing no-nonsense, high quality, traditional hand-forged Japanese chisels. A reasonable level of competence and respect on the part of the user are assumed, there are no excessive embellishments, but boy do they cut!

Fujikawa paring chisels are light, delicate, precision instruments that slice away material with effortless precision. To get the best results from your Fujikawa paring chisels we recommend honing on a single bevel and following the 30 degree angle to which they are ground when new.

If you like to go the extra mile and hone to a very high polish, these chisels will reward your efforts handsomely.
