The 8.25" dressmakers scissors, hot forged from carbon steel bar to blank, carefully hand ground and polished through many stages, then handed over to Ernest Wrights Master Putter-togetherers to finish the job. The blanks are formed using an original old hand sunk Sheffield Die, unearthed and revitalised - it goes without saying that these unique scissors will be your go to pair of choice for many many years.
The precision ground blades cut flawlessly right to the points and thanks to the sidebent neck are equally comfortable being used freehand or with the work supported on a table.
