| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order on our website and your card company will convert the transaction to your local currency using the current exchange rate. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call us to provide your card information via phone. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When you receive an order confirmation, this will let you know that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling For order values over £100 within the British Isles, delivery is free of charge. For orders values less than £100, postage cost is based on the total weight of the order. Because speed is sometimes a higher priority than cost, we offer a range of individually priced standard delivery options at the checkout. We offer Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day Service in the UK. For orders placed on Friday, delivery will be on Monday. If you need your order to arrive on Saturday, there will be an additional charge, please call us on +44 (0)1295 678941. We ship to addresses around the world. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order right away. Orders placed before 1pm will normally be sent on the same day. We do not process orders over the weekend, so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday and throughout the weekend, we will post it to you on Monday. Depending on delivery location, international orders sent by Royal Mail services can take anywhere from 3 days to two weeks to arrive. If you need your parcel quickly, please choose a courier option. Royal Mail standard airmail services are untracked. If you desire tracking, please choose Airsure (available to limited countries) or a courier option. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

| Tax Charges For orders delivered to the UK or within the European Union, 20% VAT is added. Orders shipped to all other locations are VAT free. |

Should any item purchased from Workshop Heaven EVER fail to perform as advertised, fail through faulty workmanship or materials or fail to give complete satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to repair, replace or issue a full or partial refund for the item as necessary. Management's decision is final, the customers statutory rights are not affected. The customer's responsibilities: Using tools is inherently dangerous. Using hand or power tools improperly or ignoring standard safety practices can lead to serious personal injury or even death. NEITHER WORKSHOP HEAVEN NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CUSTOMER'S WORKING PRACTICES.
